Four Of Pentacles
The Four of Pentacles signifies in general context that you are holding onto a lot of deep rooted issues, but you need to let go of them to be free and be able to move forward
My interpretation in the context of this project
I did not just want to focus on the most positive cards that can be found in the tarot deck, I wanted to truly represent my mom with the good and the bad. I know that there is still a lot of issues that my mom is dealing with, but I wanted to remind her of the power of letting go and saving her own heart in the process.

I wanted to represent the card as a strength rather than a weakness, because we all have issues and there is no shame in that, it is the way we choose to face them, that makes us who we are in the long run and I admire my mom so much for how she choses to battle her fights and that is why I chose this card for her.
Design Choices
This card is a representation of the battles my mom has to face. But it is also a beautiful metaphor on how she always comes out stronger at the end and more importantly, alive.

The beating heart in the card is the symbol of that - letting go does not kill you. Letting go can be healing in ways that holding onto something that hurts you just simply cannot do.

I absolutely love the meaning of this card and even though the design is fairly simple, the symbolism behind it is what a thousand words could not be able to explain.
